If you choose to register or log in via external third-party services, such as Facebook or Google, you agree we may collect your profile photo, username, and email address associated with the relevant third-party service provider. We may also collect information in your profile, account settings, and preferences.
1.2 Information we collect during your use of the services
We collect and use the following types of information while you use the services:
- Contact information: This includes your name, email address, phone number; login and account information, such as your nickname, password, and unique user ID (email address). These details are used to verify and ensure that you, the rightful user, are accessing the products and services. You can modify this information in the settings after logging into the product.
- Profile information: This includes gender, age/date of birth, physical characteristics data such as height, weight, body fat percentage, heart rate, FTP values, etc. This information is collected and used for fitness and exercise data calculations to provide you with more accurate exercise data feedback and records. You can modify this information in the settings after logging into the product.
- Fitness activity data: This includes the date, time, duration, virtual distance, calorie count, steps/stride, speed, average pace, and average gradient. These data are recorded as a result of using our services and are displayed for your personal review. You can delete these records after completing your activity. We do not use or process your Fitness Data for identification purposes.
We may collect additional personal data to enable certain features of our website and app. More details are outlined below:
1.2.1 Device information
Based on the specific permissions you grant during installation or use of the software, we collect and protect device-related information such as your phone number, location, camera access, device model, operating system version, device settings, mobile version, screen resolution, device environment, microphone, messages, and gallery. If you refuse to grant certain permissions during installation and use, we will not record any unauthorized information.
1.2.2 Log information
- Device or software details such as configuration information provided by your mobile device, web browser, or other programs used to access our services, including your IP address, the version of your mobile device, and device identification codes (e.g., IDFA, IDFV, IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, AAID, VAID).
- Information related to your searches or browsing activities while using our services, such as search terms, URLs of social media pages you visited, and other relevant details of the content you browsed or requested through our services.

- Information about the mobile apps and other software you used, including data on their usage.

1.2.4 Videos, pictures, and gaming software on your device
To provide you with a comprehensive fitness experience, with your authorization, our client software may upload encrypted videos and images you choose to upload to our server. It may also extract software names and version numbers from your device, encrypt and upload them for processing and storage. You may at any time refuse or cancel this permission through related settings. Refusal to provide such permissions will only prevent you from using those specific features but will not affect the normal usage of other Sibeirui Fitness features. If you cancel this authorization, we will stop collecting this information but continue to store or process the data based on your previous authorization unless you delete it following legal regulations.
1.2.5 QR code scanning, photo-taking, video recording
When using features such as QR code scanning, photo-taking, or video recording, we will access your device's camera permissions and collect the corresponding images or videos you upload. If you refuse permission or content, you will not be able to use these features, but it will not affect your use of other Sibeirui Fitness functions. You can cancel this permission at any time through related settings. If you cancel this permission, we will no longer collect the information or provide the related services. However, your cancellation will not affect the storage or processing of information collected with your previous authorization unless you delete it following legal requirements.
1.2.6 Location information
You can enable your device's location services and use our location-based services, or you can disable this feature to stop our collection of your geographic location information. You can allow us to access your activity and fitness records by retrieving your activity and fitness data to log your step frequency and step count. You may cancel this permission at any time through related settings. If you cancel this authorization, we will stop collecting this information and will no longer provide the corresponding services. However, your cancellation will not affect the storage or processing of information collected under your previous authorization unless you delete it in accordance with legal requirements.
1.2.7 Microphone and recording
When you use the video recording feature, we will access your device's microphone and recording permissions and collect your voice information and voice interaction data. If you refuse to grant these permissions, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your ability to use other Sibeirui Fitness functions. You may cancel this permission at any time through related settings. If you cancel this authorization, we will stop collecting this information and stop providing the corresponding services, but it will not affect any storage or processing of previously authorized data unless you delete it according to the law.
1.2.8 Transaction information
You can purchase products/services (such as Sibeirui Fitness VIP Membership) within Sibeirui Fitness. During the payment process, we may collect your third-party payment account information (such as Apple ID, Google account).
1.2.9 Bluetooth
If you have relevant hardware devices (whether Sibeirui-branded or not), you may enable Bluetooth to sync the information recorded by the hardware products (including but not limited to heart rate, sleep information, step count, exercise data, weight, BMI, and any other authorized personal and body data) with Sibeirui Fitness. Refusing to enable Bluetooth will only prevent you from using this feature but will not affect the normal use of other Sibeirui Fitness features. You can cancel this permission at any time through related settings. However, your cancellation will not affect the storage or processing of previously authorized information unless you delete it following legal regulations.
1.2.10 Exercise data synchronization
To provide you with a more comprehensive exercise data recording experience, we may obtain your exercise data from third-party software and sync it to your Sibeirui Fitness exercise records, clearly labeling the data source, after fully informing you of the data types and obtaining your authorization.
1.2.11 Sharing feature
When you share or receive shared images, videos, links, events, etc., within Sibeirui Fitness, we need to access your clipboard locally to read passwords, share codes, and links to facilitate redirection, sharing, and other functions. We will only upload clipboard data to our server if it belongs to Sibeirui Fitness’ redirection, sharing, or activity-related commands. We will not upload any other clipboard information to our servers. Additionally, we may require access to your phone's gallery to allow you to share or receive shared videos or images.
Some devices may alert you that an app is reading your clipboard or gallery, but such alerts cannot distinguish between local processing and uploading, and statistical discrepancies may result in false alerts. If you encounter such notifications and have any doubts, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
1.2.12 Invite a Friend
We may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in our games and/or you can invite them to join you in our games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. You or the third party may contact us to request the removal of this information from our database to the extent stores any of this information.
1.2.13 Customer Service
We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service group and we may use that email address to contact you about your gaming experience with our games and notify you about company news and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive certain email notifications you may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication.
1.2.14 Push Notifications
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates and other service related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
1.2.15 Game Data Collection
Whenever you play our games, we collect data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files. This information may be associated with your player ID, IP address or device ID for the purpose of providing you with our Services and improving them.
1.2.16 Ad Networks
We may feature advertising within our Service. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.

When you send messages (send pictures (including quickly sending pictures), videos, voice messages, and use the function of converting voice to text), take photos, edit and/or save pictures or videos, in order to provide you with such services, we will, after obtaining your explicit consent, access your camera, photo album, and microphone, or save your geographical location information and/or the weather conditions of the corresponding geographical location in the form of a watermark in the photos you take or edit.

We will only process Sensitive Personal Information where it is necessary for the purposes of providing Services, carrying out our legal obligations or exercising specific rights as permitted by law. 5. Apple HealthKit Data
If you are using an Apple device, to calculate exercise consumption, with your authorization, we will receive and send your exercise data from and to Apple’s HealthKit. To simplify your input process, we will also read your weight data from HealthKit. Additionally, the training data you generate in Sibeirui Fitness will be synced with Apple’s HealthKit. Any data obtained through the use of HealthKit, such as weight and heart rate data, will not be shared with or sold to personally identifiable third parties, including advertisers or agents. We will not use HealthKit data for marketing, advertising, or similar services.
6. Updates and Service Evolution
Please understand that the functions and services we provide are continuously updated and developed. If a new function or service that involves the collection of your information is not covered in this statement, we will explain the purpose, scope, and nature of the information collection through a page prompt, interactive process, or website announcement, and seek your consent.
7. Information from Third Parties
Please note that currently, the Sibeirui Fitness app does not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside of the Sibeirui Fitness app. If, due to business needs in the future, we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties, we will clearly inform you of the source, type, and scope of use of the information before obtaining it. If the business activities of Sibeirui Fitness require the processing of personal information beyond the scope authorized by you when providing it to the third party, we will seek your explicit consent before processing such information.

2.2 SwiftyJSON
Sibeirui Fitness uses the third-party library SwiftyJSON to simplify the parsing and handling of JSON data. SwiftyJSON itself does not collect, store, or share any user data and does not have access to users' personal information.
- SwiftyJSON is only used to process JSON data generated within the app or received from external servers. The JSON data processed by the app may include user-provided information such as account settings, usage preferences, etc. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving app functionality and will not be shared with SwiftyJSON or any third party.
- We ensure that all user data processed through SwiftyJSON is handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations. The data is only used within the app, and necessary technical measures are implemented to ensure data security, preventing unauthorized access or misuse.

Sibeirui Fitness uses the Google Pay API to provide you with secure and convenient payment features. When you choose to pay via Google Pay, we do not directly access or store your payment card information. By providing information to the Sibeirui Fitness app, you agree that your personal information may be transferred to various locations worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, China, Canada, and the EU. It may be processed and stored on cloud servers, our servers, servers of our affiliated companies, or servers of our service providers. Your personal information may be accessed by law enforcement or other agencies in these locations. By submitting information to the Sibeirui Fitness app, you explicitly consent to your personal information being stored in these locations.

To ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the Sibeirui Fitness app and to provide you with better services, or due to changes in national laws, regulations, policies, technical conditions, or product functions, we may revise this policy or add other binding agreements/rules as necessary. If you have objections to the revised policy content or new agreements/rules, please stop logging in or using the Sibeirui Fitness software and related services immediately. Continuing to use the Sibeirui Fitness software and related services will be deemed as your acknowledgment and voluntary acceptance of the revised policy content and new agreements/rules in their entirety.
X. Scope of Application
- Our privacy policy applies to all services provided by Xiamen Sibeirui Innovate Co and its affiliated companies, including services provided on the Sibeirui Fitness app, except for services that have their own independent privacy policies (such as products and services provided by third parties).
- Our privacy policy does not apply to products and services provided by third parties, such as third-party products and services offered on the Sibeirui Fitness app, or to other websites linked within our services. These products, services, or websites will have their own independent privacy policies, and you should review the relevant policies separately.
